Data is not about technology, rather a mind-set that can be brought to organisations to empower them to be data-driven and enable them to compete on analytics.

The size, lack of structure and fast pace of data mean that data management and analysis has become a much more complex process, but it is the understanding of what relationships exist in the data which is our essential focus.

We have developed a proprietary process that first consolidates all data sources, visualises them to glean insight and then uses the intelligence to inform the marketing strategy. This is an iterative process whereby the results are then evaluated and fed back in to the start of the process in a continual cycle.

Classify

First, we classify a number of areas:
Is the data compliant with GDPR and best practice?  
What are the questions we are looking to answer and what should be the goals and their measurement?

Investigate

Here we get under the skin of the data. We consolidate it from all the relevant sources to give one concise repository. This creates a single view of each customer.

Report

Once the relevant data is all in one place we start by visualising the key areas, focusing on trends and inconsistencies.

Customer Insight

Once the reporting has been completed we trawl the data, using your business goals as a backdrop, to glean insight and intelligence about your customers.

Leverage

Whilst the intelligence gained on your customers brings a clear understanding of their behaviour, it is the ability to leverage this insight into an actionable marketing strategy that creates additional value.

Evaluate

We continue to evaluate the changes in customer behaviour based on the evolution of the marketing strategy.
